MEDEVAC GAZA
Save a Child has responded to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza by arranging medical evacuations for sick and injured children from the war torn region.
Together with our partner Kinder Relief, we managed to move some of the children across the border and they are now undergoing treatment in Italy but there are many more children in desperate need of specialist treatment and we need other countries to help.

"A British aid worker has helped to evacuate nine sick and wounded children from Gaza on a private jet.
Sally Becker, who saved hundreds of children in the Bosnian war of the 1990s, told of her “relief” when the plane landed safely in Trieste, northern Italy, on Tuesday.
The evacuation had been months in the planning, with help from her partners Gaza Kinder Relief, which facilitates evacuation for critically injured children, and Project Pure Hope, which provides medical support for child victims of the Middle East conflict.
